Summer Glau, an American actress, is famous for her roles in the roles of River Tam and Cameron in Firefly. Sarah Connor Chronicles. Alongside these the shows, she was also in two shows The 4400 The Unit The Cape Arrow Sequestered and Angel Cold Case The Big Bang Theory Chuck as well as Guest-starred for the series Hawaii Five-0. Aside from her roles on Serenity and Knights of Badassdom she has been featured in numerous TV and short films including Mammoth the initiation of Sarah Deadly Honeymoon Dead End Help for the Vacations as well as Inside the Box. Glau is the recipient of many awards and distinctions. Glau was featured twice as one of the 100 Sexiest Women of the World by FHM and was once included in Wizard magazine's list of Sexiest Women of TV. Maxim included her in the magazine's Hot 100. Glau's acting achievements include the SFX Award, which she was awarded for her performance in Serenity. Her role in the movie Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles brought her an award called the Saturn Award for Best Supporting Actress. Selena Quintanilla......................Selena was born April 16 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas . Marcela Quintanilla was the mother of three children. Selena started her musical career when she was 8 year young. Her father formed the band. Selena along with her siblings Abraham junior and Sister Suzette performed on drums. Selena sang for the group. Selena Y Los Dino was the band's name and Selena sang with her siblings at restaurants, bars and at wedding festivals. Selena's family members and she never got to enjoy having a happy childhood since the group took up lots of space and time. The band's father, Abraham, however, encouraged his children to pursue their dreams by encouraging them. Abraham Senior was part of the band Los Dinos. Selena Y Los Dinos began in the year 1981 when they formed. Family business was Selena Y Los Dinos which was the primary source of income for the Quintanilla family. Even though there were times of struggle at the beginning with little cash, the Quintanilla family was determined and continued in their endeavors to be an effective band. Selena Y Los Dinos, the band that gained traction throughout the West by the end of the 1980s was the result of their perseverance. Selena as the group's lead singer from the band, was awarded two awards during the Tejano Awards of 1986: Female Vocalist Of the Year and the Performer. Selena Y Los Dinos continued to receive awards of the Tejano music awards and they gained notoriety and fame. There were many Spanish language TV shows including El Show De Johnny Canales always in Domingo (Saturday night Gigante) as well as El Show De Johnny Canales every Sunday, were in the spotlight.
